This project entails converting a Boeing 747 SP into an all VIP aircraft
with two staterooms. Presently, in the world market there are only two aircraft
that can accommodate 90 plus pax in first class-none with staterooms! In
addition, the average range of each aircraft is approx. 8-9 hours flying
time. With the Boeing 747 SP we will have a range of close to 16 hours and
be flexible to accommodate anywhere from 60-approx. 100 VIP clients.
The current going rate per hour for these existing aircraft are-
$ 13,000 per hour approx.-94 pax no stateroom
$ 15,000 per hour approx.-98 pax no stateroom
With the funds we are seeking this would allow us to renovate, service,
market and have a reserve for the coming year. There would be no debt
so that all revenue minus DOC would be profit or return of investment.

both chartering and ACMI leases. Our data bank consists of approx. 3,500
operators, 1500 brokers, 1000 travel agents, 8,000 entertainment contacts
and approx. 4,000 high end clientele.
